Lightweight high capacity battery = long range
The Optibike offers the largest (and lightest chemistry) offered in an electric bicycle. The 20ah 36v lithium cobalt battery weighs less than 12 lbs and is warranted for 3 years/30,000 miles.
Every Optibike comes with an EBP (Extra Battery Port) that you can use to add another battery at any time. Should you choose to buy that extra battery from Optibike, we currently offer a 25ah 36v battery that weights less than 15 lbs and will more than double the stock range.
