"The [Speed Drive] has over 2k - 3k miles and it is getting better.. The gearing is really smooth no clunks and clangs like the Sram setup. Stopping at the lights in 14th and then twisting to 2 while stationary is still strange . It appears to give me more time to ride if that makes sense... Still on the same chain as when Rohloff fitted , I change from low to high with the power on and its awesome. The extra gears are fantastic, nothing i cannot climb. Since i changed over, I have not had one mechanical issue on any rides. Went on a 40 mile ride on Monday in eco mode , It was possibly the best ride I have ever had, the weather was perfect . mostly off road and quiet leafy lanes. I sat on top of this local peak having my lunch thinking what a bike. It does not get much better than that."
